how to cook a chicken curry in a hurry

Cook a curry in a hurry.

Ingredients
3 tablespoons (45 mL) of olive oil
an onion (medium)
14 oz (400 g) of chicken fillet
2 garlic cloves
1 chili (green)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander
1 teaspoon of tomato purée
1/4 teaspoon of garam masala (or a teaspoon of curry paste)
2 tablespoons (30 mL) of double cream
Steps
Get bowls and cut the vegetables really small. Just remember that the smaller something is, the faster it cooks. You'll want the garlic cloves, onion, and chili to be finely chopped.

Get a clean chopping board and also chop your chicken into small pieces. Just be sure that you wash your hands after cutting the raw chicken before moving onto the next step.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and cook both the onions and chicken pieces over medium heat. Cook them for about 5 to 7 minutes, so that the chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Add the chili and garlic. Leave it on medium heat and keep stirring.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Also, add the 2 tablespoons of double cream. Mix and cook everything together, then remove from the heat.

Serve the chicken curry with naan bread or rice.

To check if the chicken has been cooked thoroughly, take a piece from the pan and set it on a plate or cutting board. Use a fork and a knife to cut a slit. If the inside is white, it is cooked. If it's not, put the piece back in the pan and cook the mixture for a little longer.

Then all that you need is a pan of rice.

Try my Recipe

Try my recipes and cook it for your self. Cooking new recipes is fun and can be a very tasty. So start by trying this simple dish.

I love chicken wings; I buy them already separated into two pieces and the little wing tip is cut off. This recipe for spicy chicken wings is good for a lunch, dinner, snack or party. Bear in mind that I like my chicken wings hot and spicy. You can adjust this recipe to your own liking, if you don't like as much heat as I do.

This recipe for zesty chicken wings is great to have for parties, and for when you are expecting a few guests over. They are good for a snack or for a meal. These are so versatile, that you will want to have chicken wings on hand. When you go to the grocery store pick up several packs of wings. Wings are inexpensive compared to other chicken parts. If you wanted to you could also use this recipe on other parts of the chicken also. I've cooked chicken thighs, legs, and breasts with this same recipe. Have fun with it.
Here is what you need to make spicy chicken wings:

3 pounds of split chicken wings

This is for the marinate:

1/2 cup of soy sauce

3 tablespoons of chili sauce

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons of honey

1/2 teaspoon of salt

3/4 teaspoon of ginger

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

2 tablespoons of Louisiana Hot Sauce
Here is what you do to make spicy chicken wings:

Pour all the liquid and dry ingredients into a Ziploc bag. Close the bag and mix up the ingredients well. Then open the bag and place all the chicken wings in the marinate. Let as much air out of the bag as you can before sealing the Ziploc, and lay the bag flat on a plate or pan in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

After the chicken wings have marinated for the 4 hours, take the chicken wings out of the bag and arrange them in a roasting or baking pan. Pour the marinate on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until done. When done arrange the chicken wings on a plate and pour the drippings from the marinate over the wings. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Add extra hot sauce if you desire..
